Flag Football Registration Dates

Registration Dates:

TVES Library on Wednesday, February 19th 5:00 pm –  7:00 pm
TVES Library on Saturday, February 22nd      9:00 am –   3:00 pm
TVES Library on Sunday, February 23rd         1:00 pm –   3:00 pm
TVMS Commons on Saturday, March 8th      9:00 am – 11:00 am

* If you cannot attend one of these dates, please send all 4 signed and completed forms with
   deposit by 4/1/2014 to:  Rt 150 Vikings Youth Football & Cheer, PO Box 14, Downs IL  61736.
   Registrations received AFTER 4/1/14 will not be guaranteed a roster spot.

Registration requirements
Students must be entering 1st or 2nd grade in the Fall of 2014 and reside in the
Tri-Valley school district area to be eligible.

Fees
Ø Flag Football registration fee is $50.  This includes a $10 non-refundable deposit which is due at registration.  Note – if there is not enough interest to support having a team, all registration fees will be refunded.

We encourage you to fill out your Viking registration forms before you arrive.  They can be printed from the new Rt 150 Vikings website http://rt150vikings.blogspot.com

Fundraising will not be required for flag football.
