Registration Dates:

TVES Library on Wednesday, February 19^th 5:00 pm –  7:00 pm

TVES Library on Saturday, February 22^nd      9:00 am –   3:00 pm

TVES Library on Sunday, February 23^rd         1:00 pm –   3:00 pm

TVMS Commons on Saturday, March 8^th      9:00 am – 11:00 am

* If you cannot attend one of these dates, please send all 4 signed and completed forms with

   deposit by 4/1/2014 to:  Rt 150 Vikings Youth Football & Cheer, PO Box 14, Downs IL  61736

Registration requirements

Students must be entering 3^rd thru 8^th grade in the fall of 2014 and reside in the

Tri-Valley school district area to be eligible.

Fees

Ø Football registration fee is $80.  This includes a $20 non-refundable deposit which is due at registration.

Ø Cheerleading registration fee is $40.  This includes a $10 non-refundable deposit which is due at registration.

Note:   Final payment is due at the equipment fitting dates to be determined later. 

IMPORTANT NOTE

Anyone registering AFTER 4/1/14 must pay a $20 LATE FEE in addition to registration fees and will not be guaranteed a roster spot.

We encourage you to fill out your Viking registration forms before you arrive.

In order to keep registration costs low, fundraising is very important for our

organization and every child is expected to participate in fundraising efforts.
